As an industrial clerk, you will be deployed in various departments right from the start. In the purchasing, sales, marketing, accounting and HR departments, you will gain various insights into the structures of our company. As a cutting machine operator, you will be responsible for the planning and machining of implant components. You will work with various production programs for CNC-controlled machine tools, document the process and monitor it. Once production is complete, you will carry out quality checks and coordinate with other departments as required. During your apprenticeship, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to all the necessary areas of your profession. During your training as a dental technician, you will acquire comprehensive medical technology knowledge and develop into an expert in dental materials. Your hands are your most important tool, while your flair for shapes, colors and creativity are crucial for the production of dental restorations. As a dental technician, you will also become a computer expert, as much of the work is now carried out digitally on a PC. We always check all incoming applications for all current vacancies at Dental Direkt. If you find several vacancies interesting, you are welcome to note this in a cover letter and we will check your application accordingly. However, please only send us your application once.
Your first appointment will be with a colleague from our HR team. Someone from the relevant department will also be present.
Depending on the training, it takes 3-3.5 years. It may be possible to shorten the course.
We will explain the details of your training allowance in detail during your interview.
Your probationary period at Dental Direkt is generally 6 months. If you start an apprenticeship with us, this is 4 months.
Our aim is to train you as a future specialist. As our company is constantly growing, we are always on the lookout for great new employees and try to take on every trainee.
Of course, it is also in our interest to prepare you for your job in the best possible way. To this end, we offer both internal and external training courses. This starts during your apprenticeship. We offer all our trainees a seminar flat rate with a training provider to prepare you optimally for your start in the job.
